Vietnamese Style Grilled Marinated Pork Shoulder
In the warm summer months, one of my favorite go-to meals is a simple Vietnamese Noodle Bowl. This easy marinated pork is one of my favorite things to top it with! The slightly sweet marinade and fatty pork shoulder make for a deliciously juicy, charred addition to any summer meal!
Pork Marinade
3/4 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Fish Sauce
1/2 C Brown Sugar
2 cloves Garlic
Black Pepper, to taste
1 kaffir lime leaf,
or 1 stalk lemongrass
Thinly slice your local pork shoulder of choice. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Grill on high heat until lightly charred. Serve on a noodle bowl, rice bowl, or sandwich!
